Your privacy matters
Counselling is personal, and we understand how important it is that your information is treated with care.
At Phase, we only collect the information we need to arrange and provide your counselling and to run our service safely. Your counselling records are stored securely, and your counsellor can only access the records of clients they are working with.
Keeping things confidential
What you talk about in counselling is confidential. There are a small number of situations where information may need to be shared, for example if there is a serious concern about someone's safety or where we are legally required to do so. We will always handle these situations carefully and only share what is necessary.
You are in control
You have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask what information we hold about you and to ask us to correct information that is wrong.
